Job Title: Workday Consultant (Implementation)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to lead functional delivery across end-to-end Workday implementations. This role will own the product vision and backlog during implementation, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with project timelines and Workday best practices.

Act as the functional owner throughout the full implementation lifecycle:

Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions

Drive design decisions aligned with Workday best practices, minimizing over-customization

Collaborate closely with:

Functional Consultants
-
Integration Teams
-
Client Stakeholders
-
Lead design workshops and solution validation sessions

Ensure readiness for:

Conference Room Pilots (CRPs)
-
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
-
Go-Live activities
-
Manage scope, prioritize backlog, and control scope creep during implementation

Act as the escalation point for all functional decisions during deployment
Required Experience & Skills

7–12+ years of experience in the Workday ecosystem

Minimum of 2–3 full lifecycle Workday implementations (mandatory)

At least 2+ years of experience working with a Workday Partner organization

Strong functional expertise in one or more modules:

Payroll

Absence

Time Tracking

Financials

Proven experience working in Agile or hybrid implementation environments

Active Workday certifications (must be willing to transfer Certification)
