3 - 5 years experience
- Basic understanding of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and basic networking.
- Performing L1 activities for incidents. Diagnosing the problems and documenting steps before passing ticket to L2
- Patching knowledge using Altiris
- Generating reports out of various systems and managing the documentation up-to-date
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Hypervisor (VMware, Nutanix)
-Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident Management, Service Requests).
-Good communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
