Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM & Compensation Consultant to join a leading Workday Partner in the Canadian market as an independent contractor. This is an exciting long-term opportunity for a highly skilled professional looking to contribute their expertise to Workday implementations while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support Workday HCM & Compensation implementations for clients.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure Workday functionalities.

Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices to ensure efficient and scalable solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday HCM and Compensation modules.

Assist with testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Required Qualifications:

Active Workday Certifications in HCM & Compensation (Must be transferable if needed).

Bilingual proficiency in English & French (spoken and written).

Workday Partner experience with direct involvement in Workday implementation projects.

Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, business processes, and best practices.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
